What services can Soraya Education Advisor offer my family?

Soraya Education Advisor is here to make the process of navigating the Dutch education system easier for you. I offer personalized school search services that cater to your family’s specific needs. Beyond that, I provide ongoing academic and cultural support throughout the school year, ensuring that your child is well-integrated and thriving in their new environment.

How can Soraya Education Advisor help my child succeed in school?

As a parent, you want your child to feel confident and happy in their new school. I work with you to ensure that your child has the right support, both academically and culturally. Whether it’s helping with school transitions, recommending tutors, or offering guidance on school communication, I make sure that your child is not only succeeding academically but also adjusting smoothly to their new life.

Why should we choose the ongoing support package?

After your child is enrolled, challenges can still arise. The ongoing support package ensures you have someone to turn to when questions or concerns come up during the school year. Whether you need help with academic progress, extracurricular activities, or cultural integration, I’ll be there to guide you. This package gives you peace of mind, knowing that your child’s development is being closely monitored and supported throughout the year.

How much do your services cost?

I understand that every family’s needs are different, so I offer a range of pricing options. For a full school search service, prices typically range between €500 and €750, depending on the complexity of your case. The ongoing support package, designed for families needing continuous guidance, ranges between €3000 and €4000 annually. If you need specific advice, I also offer one-time consultation calls. The price for this call starts at €100 per 30 minutes. The mentorship program is €200 monthly for 6 months. Please contact me for a detailed quote tailored to your situation.

How is the ongoing support fee calculated if we join during the school year?

If you decide to join the ongoing support program during the school year, the fee will be prorated based on the remaining months until the end of the school year (1st September to 1st July). For example, if you join in January, you will pay for the remaining 6 months of support, ensuring that you only pay for the time your family receives assistance. This flexible approach allows you to access the support you need when it’s most relevant to your family.

What is the Student Mentorship Program and how can it help me?

The Student Mentorship Program is a 6-month support package designed for university students navigating life in the Netherlands. You’ll receive personalized guidance, check-in sessions with peers, advice on academic, social and cultural challenges. You’ll also have access to four 30-minute one-on-one calls with me, where we can discuss anything from managing university stress to adjusting to life in the Netherlands. The program helps you build a strong support network, gain confidence and succeed both in your studies and everyday life.

How do I schedule my one-on-one calls during the mentorship program?

You can schedule your four 30-minute one-on-one calls at times that work best for you. I will provide a flexible scheduling tool so you can book your calls whenever you need support with academic challenges, adjusting to life in the Netherlands, or any other personal concerns. This flexibility ensures you get the help you need when it’s most convenient for you.

Can Soraya Education Advisor help us with school applications?

Absolutely. As a parent, dealing with school applications can be stressful, especially in a new country. I will guide you through the entire process—from understanding Dutch school requirements to preparing and submitting applications. My goal is to make sure your child has the best chance of getting into the right school, saving you time and effort.

What if we’re not satisfied with the service?

I want you to feel completely confident in choosing my services, which is why I offer a two-week money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with my support during that time, I’ll refund your money, no questions asked. My focus is on ensuring your child has the best educational experience possible.
